As a .NET full-stack developer, you will be part of a team implementing customers on the CCASS platform. Your attention to detail and focus on customer centricity will help us deliver the customer's needs quickly. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside senior developers, adding functionality to external integrations.

Must Have

What are we looking for:

At least 2+ years of software development experience in C# .NET, Javascript and MSSQL in a work-related environmentGood knowledge of SQL particularly MSSQLGood working knowledge of GITGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProficient English language knowledge in both written and spoken

Nice To Have

Exposure to CCaaS and the call center industryBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information TechnologyProficient in Spanish language knowledge in both written and spoken

What Will You Do

Identify customer requirements from the statement of workCritically evaluate requirements and ask pertinent questionsDevelop solutions that have a User-Centric Approach (UX and UI friendly)Write clean, testable, and maintainable code using C# and JavascriptWrite unit tests to test code wherever applicableWrite stored procedures when requiredCreate software documentation and update existing documentation.Implement company's best practices, standards and procedures
