Key Responsibilities

Design and Develop Solutions: Create solutions from user stories, ensuring they meet the company’s standards, include automated testing, and meet acceptance criteria.Task Management: Break down user stories into tasks, provide timelines, understand system impacts, and ensure tasks are clear for other developers.Team Collaboration: Actively participate in the DevOps process, team meetings, and stakeholder discussions to refine requirements.Technical Documentation: Produce and comprehend technical documentation.Mentorship and Process Improvement: Identify support needs, mentor staff, and enhance development processes.Problem-Solving Leadership: Lead in overcoming challenges and conducting workshops to teach best practices in React.
