Senior Tableau Developer

We're seeking a talented Bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Tableau Developer to join our innovative team. As a Senior Tableau Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Tableau solutions to unlock actionable insights and drive informed decision-making across our organization.

In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:Designing and developing intuitive Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize complex data sets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable Tableau solutions.Optimizing Tableau performance through efficient data source connections, extract optimization, and dashboard design best practices.Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior Tableau developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.Conducting regular reviews and assessments of Tableau solutions to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data visualization and analytics to enhance Tableau capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:Fluent English proficiency at B2 level or higher (verifiable) 6-10+ years of experience in Tableau development, including dashboard design, data visualization, and administration.Advanced proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.Strong understanding of data preparation techniques, including data blending, calculated fields, and parameters in Tableau.Experience optimizing Tableau performance through efficient data source connections and extract optimization.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
