Mern Stack Developer Lead

Responsibilities:- Design, build, and maintain advanced full-stack web applications using a modern technology stack that includes PostgreSQL, NestJS, Next.js, GraphQL, React, and third-party integrations.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specifications.- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code adhering to best coding practices and standards, with a strong emphasis on maintainability and performance.- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high code quality, functionality, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.- Implement responsive, dynamic, and engaging user interfaces with React and Next.js, focusing on an exceptional user experience.- Develop scalable and secure backend services and APIs using NestJS, leveraging GraphQL for optimized data fetching and manipulation.- Expertly design and manage relational databases with PostgreSQL, emphasizing data integrity, performance, and scalability.- Integrate a wide array of third-party APIs and services, enhancing application functionality and user experience.- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software applications, proactively addressing and resolving issues to reduce user impact.- Continuously evaluate and incorporate new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and product quality.Requirements:- Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer specializing in PostgreSQL, NestJS, Next.js, GraphQL, React, and extensive third-party API integrations.- Thorough experience and strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including ES6+ features.- Demonstrated experience in developing dynamic user interfaces with React, with a deep understanding of its core principles such as components, hooks, and state management.- Advanced knowledge of server-side development with NestJS, including a solid grasp of GraphQL for creating efficient and flexible APIs.- Comprehensive expertise in PostgreSQL for database design, management, and optimization.- Significant experience with integrating a broad range of third-party services and APIs into complex web applications.- Proficiency in version control with Git, encompassing advanced features such as branching strategies and conflict resolution.- A strong understanding of both frontend and backend development processes, and the ability to implement seamless, interactive web applications.- Familiarity with cloud services, container technologies (e.g., Docker), and CI/CD pipelines, enhancing development and deployment workflows.- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of working in fast-paced environments, and a continuous desire to learn and adopt new technologies and frameworks.
