Principal Full Stack .Net Developer Hyderabad/Pune, India (Remote)Responsibilities: Lead and manage consulting engagements with healthcare clients, from initial assessment and requirements gathering to solution design, development, and implementation. Architect and design robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using the .NET framework, C#, and SQL Server. Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. Implement and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures using SQL Server or other relational database management systems. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and translate them into actionable technical solutions. Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations, such as HL7, HIPAA, and FHIR, in the design and implementation of software solutions. Conduct technical reviews, code inspections, and quality assurance activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet client expectations. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare IT and share knowledge and insights with internal teams and clients.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; master’s degree preferred. Proven experience with 15years to 20years Principal Consultant or Senior Technical Lead in healthcare IT consulting or software development. Extensive experience with .NET development, including proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API. Strong front-end development skills, with experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. Experience with version control systems such as Git and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Solid understanding of relational database design, SQL querying, and database optimization techniques. In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations, such as HL7, HIPAA, FHIR, and ICD-10. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with healthcare interoperability and integration technologies, such as HL7 interfaces and RESTful APIs. Previous experience working with healthcare EMR/EHR systems and familiarity with healthcare data exchange formats, such as CCD and CDA. Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Project Management Professional - PMP). Contributions to the healthcare IT community through publications, presentations, or participation in industry events.
