Responsibilities

Write well-designed code following best practices with automated testing. Maintain and operate federal websites. Triage security and compliance issues Migrate applications to cloud infrastructure. Operate within an agile scrum framework.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Python web development (Python web framework along with Python test frameworks) Experience building DevSecOps pipeline with build, deploy, automated testing, and Security/vulnerability scanning. Linux system administration DevOps experience. Hands-on experience deploying dockers in AWS or other cloud providers Cloud Computing experience Experience building and supporting distributed computing environments Git/Github actions Willing to learn new technologies and contribute as needed Self-driven individuals with proven experience in delivering results Desired Skills Maintenance of Solr/SolrCloud instance Experience with Cloud Foundry Experience with Kubernetes Experience with Terraform Experience with AirFlow Proficient with developer tools to analyze, debug, and profile code Continuous learner who acquires knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment Front-End experience

Education : B.S. in Computer Science or a related field

Location: 100% remote with 10% travel may be required Local to DMV preferred

Clearance: able to obtain Public Trust
