Job Title: Java Developer with MDM and Informatica MDM ExpertiseLocation: Bangalore / Hyderabad / PuneJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with a strong background in Master Data Management (MDM) and Informatica MDM to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of data management principles, hands-on experience with Java development, and specialized knowledge in Informatica MDM.Key Responsibilities:Java Development:Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs.Master Data Management (MDM):Implement and manage MDM solutions to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data.Work on data integration, data quality, and data governance aspects within the MDM domain.Collaborate with data stewards and business users to understand data requirements and implement effective MDM solutions.Informatica MDM:Configure, customize, and maintain Informatica MDM solutions.Develop and implement data quality rules, match and merge rules, and hierarchy management within Informatica MDM.Monitor and optimize Informatica MDM performance.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with cross-functional teams including data architects, data analysts, and business stakeholders.Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.Qualifications:Educational Background:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in Java, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.Experience with MDM concepts, principles, and best practices.Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, including configuration, customization, and maintenance.Knowledge of data integration tools and techniques.Familiarity with SQL and database management.Professional Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development.Minimum of 3 years of experience working with MDM solutions.Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with other MDM tools and technologies.Certification in Java and/or Informatica MDM.Experience in the healthcare, finance, or retail sectors.Location:The position is open for candidates based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune. Flexibility for remote work can be considered for exceptional candidates.
