We are seeking an experienced Mean/MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular/React, and Node.js. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining various web applications, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using the MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) or MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack.API Development: Develop RESTful APIs to support new and existing features, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests.Database Management: Manage and optimize database operations, design schemas, and perform queries efficiently using MongoDB.Frontend Development: Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces with Angular or React, integrating with backend services.Code Review and Optimization: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and scalability. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements, provide estimates, and deliver high-quality features on time.Testing and Debugging: Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, and debug and fix issues across the stack.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development and share knowledge with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a full-stack developer using the Node.js (or) MEAN/MERN stack.

Technical Skills:

Frontend: Proficiency in Angular (v2+), React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.Backend: Strong experience with Node.js.Database: Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including designing schemas, optimizing queries, and managing data.Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control.API Development: Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.Testing: Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools such as Jasmine, Mocha, Jest, or similar.DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with state management libraries like Redux (for React) or NgRx (for Angular).Familiarity with GraphQL.Understanding of web security practices and performance optimization techniques.Previous experience in leading or mentoring junior developers.
