Key Responsibilities

Participate in all phases of the software development life cycleDesign, develop, and implement high-quality Java-based applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team membersOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalabilityContribute to technical documentation and provide training to internal teamsStay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to the development processTroubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure optimal performanceImplement best practices in software development and securityParticipate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesLead and mentor junior developersWork on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand and fulfill application requirementsContribute to architectural and design decisions

Required Qualifications

candidate should be able to :

basic core Java knowledge java 8 lambda syntax -> not very proficient but at least aware of the syntax able to write the code if logic is explained exp in spring boot and microservices indeterminate level of knowledge in database (mysql/postgress/oracle anyone is fine, at least one noSQL type of DB)
