Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled SAPience & IT Administrator to manage the smooth operation and administration of the Smart Factory tool, SAPience. This role involves overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SAPience, a smart factory tool designed for extracting machine logs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT administration, familiarity with smart factory technologies, and knowledge of Kafka containers. Collaboration across teams is essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

● 3 to 5 years of experience in IT administration roles.● Hands-on experience with SAPience and smart factory technologies.● Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, configuration, maintenance, andtroubleshooting.● Knowledge of Kafka containers and their support.● Experience in a CI/CD setting, with a preference for GitLab.● Familiarity with machine logs extraction processes.● Solid understanding of data retrieval, storage, and manipulation.● Experience defining observability rules and mechanisms.● Good understanding of cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities:● Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SAPience.● Manage the smooth operation and administration of the SAPience tool.● Extract and analyze machine logs using SAPience.● Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and addressconcerns.● Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines.● Ensure the scalability and performance of the smart factory tool.● Define and implement observability rules and mechanisms.● Monitor and maintain data integrity and security.● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAPience and Kafka containers.● Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
