We are looking for a Senior Software Developer in Test who will join the team remotely. The project includes transitioning the IVR/Routing application from Legacy Systems (Cisco/Avaya) to the Genesys Platform on a line of business (LOB) basis. The primary focus lies on the CommState Migration Project. As a part of this migration initiative, all QA team members are responsible for conducting comprehensive validations of End-to-End Call Flows. Responsibilities:Collaborate with development teams to comprehend system architecture, identify critical areas, and design tests that effectively address potential risks.Understand technical solution details and aid the development team in troubleshooting issues as necessary.Analyze functional and non-functional requirements for contact center applications.Develop, maintain, and execute both manual and automated test cases using a framework like Selenium specifically for automated testing purposes.Utilize SQL queries for relational database manipulation and NoSQL to ensure data integrity and system functionality during testing.Perform comprehensive testing on RESTful and SOAP web services to ensure the interoperability, integrity, and reliability of application interfaces.Effectively plan and define test strategies, provide accurate QA estimates, and generate detailed reports.Work closely with the product owner and scrum master to establish clear acceptance criteria for testing procedures.Qualifications3+ years of experience in developing test plans, building tools, and test frameworks(Selenium, JUnit, TestNg, Karate, RestAssured, Appium.1+ years of supervisory experience.Strong exposure to testing in Java, SQL, Unix, Scala, NoSQL, and Web Services (Rest and SOAP) environments.Extensive Java development background.Computer Science fundamentals and experience in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.Solid understanding of development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and QA processes.Experience working in an Agile environment.Additional InformationWe offer:Culture of relentless performance: join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth.
