Qualifications:

Located in Europe (preferably Poland)At least 5 years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on design systems, UI libraries, or component frameworksProficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptFamiliarity with modern web development tools and frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular (preferred), Sass, Webpack, etc.Experience in leading and managing a team of developers and working in an agile environmentStrong knowledge of web accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility issues and solutionsProficiency in design thinking, user research, and usability testingAbility to communicate and present design system concepts and decisions effectively
