The successful candidate will work remotely and focus on developing AI-powered chatbots for customer help and internal processes, specifically in finance and programming. The role involves leveraging cutting-edge AI tools such as AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, Claude, OpenAI, and more to create efficient and effective solutions. The client falls within Small company definition, therefore are IR35 exempt. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement AI-driven chatbots for customer support, internal finance processes, and programming assistance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored AI solutions.Utilize platforms like AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, Claude, and OpenAI to build and deploy AI models.Integrate chatbots with existing systems and databases to streamline operations.Monitor and optimise the performance of AI solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and user satisfaction.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to AI chatbot performance and functionality.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technology and incorporate best practices into the development process.Document development processes, code, and user guides for future reference and training purposes. Required Skills and ExperienceProven experience in AI development, particularly in creating chatbots and AI-driven solutions.Proficiency with AI tools such as AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, Claude, OpenAI, and similar platforms.Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques.Familiarity with integrating AI models into business processes, particularly in customer service and finance.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
