Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a React Developer at SterlingSoul Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. The React Developer will be responsible for front-end and back-end web development, software development, and using JavaScript and Redux.js to create innovative and user-friendly applications. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Qualifications Front-End Development: Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptBack-End Web Development: Experience with server-side frameworks such as Node.js or DjangoSoftware Development: Solid understanding of software development principles and best practicesJavaScript: Expertise in JavaScript and its frameworks such as React or AngularRedux.js: Experience with state management using Redux.jsProblem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teamsTeam Player: Ability to collaborate and work well within a teamContinuous Learning: Self-motivated and committed to staying updated with the latest web development trends and technologiesExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
