In this role, you will lead the development of innovative software solutions, leveraging AI-powered tools such as GitHub, Copilot, Power Apps to enhance productivity and code quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications, ensuring they meet both functional and non-functional requirements Job Role - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex software systems and applications. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using various programming languages and frameworks. - Utilize AI-powered tools like Power Apps, Microsoft Co-pilot to improve coding efficiency and accuracy. - Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical direction and code reviews. - Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the technical roadmap. - Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverable. - Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure project goals are met. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
