🎯ResponsibilitiesCraft, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails code.Develop and roll out new features and enhancements for our healthcare applications.Work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to create top-notch software solutions.Troubleshoot and debug issues throughout the application stack.Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developer.Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our development process.Participate in the full application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.Integrate data storage solutions like databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.Write and maintain automated tests to ensure application reliability.

💡Requirements5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.Extensive experience with the Ruby on Rails framework, building apps using best practices and Rails conventions.Strong understanding of MVC application architecture.Experience with database management using ActiveRecord or similar tools.Proficiency with JavaScript, including ES6+ features.Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable JavaScript code.Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js.Experience with frontend build tools like Yarn, Webpack, or Gulp.Experience with Docker and running apps in the cloud (e.g., AWS).Proficiency with HTML/CSS/Sass and tools like Tailwind.Familiarity with responsive design principles.Proficiency in Git and GitHub workflows and best practices.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.Assumes positive intent in interactions.Knows when to work independently and when to seek help or collaborate.Proactive and takes initiative.Thrives in a remote work environment.Ability to prioritize technical tasks according to company goals and priorities.
