Primary skills: Angular UI; AngularJS; .Net ; .Net Core; Microservices; SQL Server Secondary skills: HTML; CSS; JavaScript; MS Azure; Git; understanding of CI/CD check-ins KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Functions as a subject-matter-expert and provides technical leadership to the Software Engineering team and cross-functional teams. • Sets and enforces approved coding standards and best practices. • Provides oversight and guidance to other developers/engineers. • Deep technical expertise in a business-critical area. • Proactively addressing and/or minimizing technical debt. • Accountable for squad quality and escalates when staff does not achieve quality or on-time expectations. • Provides regular status updates to leadership. PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING • Delivery of changes to support the product systems and any applications that our system supports, coordinate efforts with internal and external stakeholders. • Minimal re-design or re-factoring of solutions/code.
