Being an AI TaaS-based service, the team has built multiple tools that help in achieving automation of different web, mobile native, windows, and OTT platforms.Our platform, WeboAI (offers a cloud-based, patented AI testing service solution that provides a faster, smarter, and more affordable way to test for startups).We are looking for an experienced AI engineer to join our team to help in shaping our AI strategy and showcasing the potential of our Patented AI Tools. The potential candidates must have a proven expertise in using Python(Numpy, Pandas), R, deep learning, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and Machine Learning(ML) to help the internal teams promote diverse business outcomes and drive innovation.This is a fully remote job. You must have your own work environment setup-You must have a PC or Laptop with a minimum of i3, i5 processor or faster, 4GB of ram or more, an internet connection with at least 100Mbps Speed with a Reliable and Reputed service provider, a stable power backup, and a working webcam for this position.Experience:Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in python after completing college and in relevant field as an AI Engineer or equivalent.Previous experience working with generative AI preferredUnderstanding of chatbot development and deployment.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT, computer science, statistics, or data science, or Master’s in a relevant field such as Probability, Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Artificial intelligence, or Computer Science.Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Must be an expert in Python programming.Prototypes and do proof of concepts (PoC) in the following areas: LLM, NLP, DL (Deep Learning), ML (Machine Learning), object detection / classification, tracking, etc.Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field of NLP, LLM and machine learning and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies for improved solutionData Analysis and Preprocessing: Collect and preprocess large-scale text corpora to train and fine-tune language models. Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform model development and improvement.Having a basic understanding of setting up, deploying & managing cloud servers like AWS is preferred.Software development, Frontend / UI technology experience is a plus.Responsibilities:Use of cutting-edge data mining, machine learning techniques for building advanced recommender systems, knowledge management, and insight generation.Contributes to the design, development, and validation of data science (analytical/data mining/ML/AI) models to satisfy product needs.properly visualise data and explain data analysis and analytical model outcomes.Create data purification, transformation, and other data preparation processes and tools as needed for the algorithms.Work with data and technology to ensure data ingestion and data governance criteria are met.Design, develop, and implement conversational AI systems with a specific focus on Generative AIFine-tune and optimize language models for better performance and user interactions.Integrate generative AI into existing applications and services.Collect, assess, and document requirements, as well as conceptualise analytical solutions to business challenges.Perform root cause analysis for inaccuracies in model/product features and offer improved approaches/algorithms.Able to integrate analytical algorithms into a bigger product/business application.Understand business challenges and goals to formulate the approach for data analysis and model creation that will support business decision-making.Take analytical objectives and define data requirements in terms of size, format, and cleansing needs for purposes of analysis, modelling segmentation and reporting.Research on innovative technologies.Interpret, document and present and communicate analytical results to the management and provide conclusions and recommendations based on available data.Building intelligent systems leveraging the vast amount of available user behaviour data to enrich the end-user experience.Work with the business and product teams to conceptualise, plan, and manage data-driven projects as part of the business/product roadmap.Compensation: As per industry standardsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
