About the RoleThe purpose of the Full Stack Developer is to offer both front and back-end programming services to support the internal systems used by Microchannels staff. Full stack developers are responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications and databases, and working alongside internal IT systems staff, among other duties.Full stack developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities· Create Fit/Gap analysis and develop technical solutions that can address, and resolve said technical gaps.· Develop technical specifications based on the customer’s requirements.· Designing and developing back-end website applications.· Creating and fine-tuning databases for functionality.· Ensuring responsiveness of applications.· Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.· Designing and developing APIs.· Meeting both technical and consumer needs.· Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages· Develop and implement data conversion and testing strategies.
QualificationsWork Experience:· Minimum 5 years’ experience as a web developer.· Minimum 5 years’ experience as a database developer (SQL Server preferred)· Minimum 2 years’ experience with Power BI reporting· Minimum 2 years’ experience with SharePoint development· Strong organization and project management skills· Strong experience creating design documents
Technical Skills:Minimum 5 years’ experience with the following programming languages – C#, ASP.NET, HTML Minimum 5 years’ experience with Transact-SQLMinimum 4 years’ experience with front end development (HTML 5, CCS 3, JavaScript, JQuery)· Experience with Power Platform preferred (e.g., PowerApps, Power BI).· Experience with SharePoint preferred (e.g., PowerApps, Power BI).

Qualifications, Certifications and Licences· Minimum qualification in Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar a must.· Certification in Microsoft software such as PL-900 or PL-100 would be highly regarded
