Job Description :Broad IT relevant experience working within a large enterprise on implementation initiativesExperience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules like ITAM (SAM and HAM PRO )Knowledge and work experience on ServiceNow - end user/administrator perspective,Knowledge on any kind of ITSM/CMDB/SELF-SERVICE corporate toolsExperience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS,Working knowledge of relational databasesTaking part in ServiceNow testing, administration and development activities as well as trouble shootingVery good verbal and written English communication skillsDevelop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of ConceptUnderstand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementationPrimary Skills :ServiceNow ITAM (SAM & HAM Pro)ServiceNow - end user/administratorScripting experience - JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSSSecondary Skills :Knowledge on any kind of ITSM/CMDB/SELF-SERVICE corporate tool
