Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and motivated Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ruby on Rails, a passion for crafting high-quality web applications, and a drive to continuously improve their skills. You will play a key role in the development and maintenance of our web applications, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Ruby on Rails.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.Continuously explore and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Required Technical Skills:Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and a deep understanding of its best practices.Proficiency in building and maintaining web applications using Rails.Experience or knowledge of any JavaScript framework (e.g., React.js, Ember.js, Vue.js)

Nice-to-Have Technical Skills:Experience writing and maintaining automated tests (e.g., RSpec, Capybara).Experience with cloud-based hosting, particularly Heroku.Experience building hybrid mobile apps using WebView frameworks such as Cordova.Experience developing retail/e-commerce applications.Experience building WebSocket-heavy, push-centric applications.
