Lead Backend Developer

We are looking for Lead Backend Developer!

We’re building mobile-first D2C (Direct to Consumer) digital transformation solutions which are used by millions of users. We team up with global brands such as Coca-Cola, Algida, Nescafé, Nutella, Haribo and L'Oréal with our D2C Consumer Engagement & Loyalty solutions.

Looking for candidates with:

Provide solutions in design, development and maintenance of Kaizen’s valuable software solutions.Managing daily operations and coordinating troubleshooting processes.Following innovative technologies and contributing to the technical vision of the company.Executing project management processes effectively and leading the improvement of processes.Providing support to improve the performance of the technical team and suggesting development opportunities.Belief that together can have a higher impact.Care deeply about user experience and passionate about problem-solving.Taking on the leadership role to manage the team's performance and ensure achievement of objectives.Guiding and motivating team members, fostering collaboration and effective communication.Identifying and developing the strengths of team members, supporting leadership skills within the team.

Required Experience:

BSc/MSc degree in Computer Engineering or a related fieldAt least 7+ years of relevant experience as a Back-End Developer, a certain amount of back-end team management experienceGood Knowledge of .Net Core based back-end solutions (C#, .Net Core).7+ years of deep MS-SQL experience, including database design and high-load environment optimization.Good Knowledge of designing RESTful APIs.Good Knowledge of caching strategies. Redis is a must.Good Knowledge of NoSQL Databases. Elasticsearch is a must.Proven experience in building scalable and highly available backend services.Good Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and artifact management.Good Knowledge of OOP, SOLID Principles and Microservice PatternsStrong analytical thinking, planning, problem-solving skills, teamwork and technical documentation skills.Good Knowledge of the software development process with scrum framework.Preferably working knowledge with AWS or AzureGood command of written and spoken EnglishWe are looking for a candidate who is successful in human relations, proactive, prone to teamwork and has high planning and organizational skills.
