Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer with 2-5 years of experience to join our growing team. As a Developer at AmasaTech, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform web applications. You will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly experiences to our clients and end-users.

Responsibilities:Web Development:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Develop and maintain high-quality, performant, and scalable ReactJs/Node applications.Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Code Optimisation:Identify and rectify bottlenecks, bugs, and improve application performance.Implement best practices and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web application development.

Collaboration:Work closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, and other developers to understand project requirements.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Documentation:Document code, processes, and systems to facilitate knowledge transfer and code maintenance

Testing and Debugging:Write unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability of applications.Debug and resolve issues reported by QA and end-users.

Continuous Learning:Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in web application development.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.2-5 years of professional experience in software development.Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web deployment processes.Solid understanding of web app performance, optimisation, and security best practices.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
