Porting and enhancing the most popular video streaming application worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Develop code following the process and coding standards of Chromium project• Optimize code for performance and footprint, considering advantages of h/w platform• Develop unit tests to verify the correct functionality against the requirements• Execute static analysis tools and analyze the results• Participate in code review• Document the code

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Excellent C++ programming skills- Good software design, problem solving, and debugging skills- Good knowledge of software design patterns and coding best practicies- Experience of code review

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Experience with Chromium based applications- Knowledge in video compression standards, such VP9, AV1, HEVC, VVC- Knowledge in video and image coding principles, algorithms, and techniques- Experience with GPU/CPU Accelerations- Parallel computing (Compute shaders, OpenCL, Cuda)- Media technologies expertise (HDR/SDR, Video Streaming, DirectShow)
