What you will be doing?

Build innovative solutions for complex tech challenges, focusing on high-performance, low-latency, and highly scalable recommendation systems.Develop cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes (K8s) with a strong emphasis on continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).Work exclusively on new codebases with no legacy code involved.Collaborate within a self-organized team that values Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

What we are looking for?

8+ years of professional experience in software development.Proficiency in Java (Java 8+ and the latest versions in production).Experience in software architecture and design.Familiarity with event streaming platforms, such as Kafka.Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Kubernetes and Docker.Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior developers.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
