Job Title: Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Senior Developer/ArchitectJob Location: Remote, Anywhere in India Job Overview: 5-10 years of Strong hands on experience in Oracle Fusion Incentive compensation (FIC) projects implementation, with full hands-on experience in Developing application. Lead technical solution architecture and design discussions, application and integration development best practices, enterprise architecture standards, environment management and testing. Roles & Responsibilities: Engagement CloudDesign and create Incentive Compensation plans working directly with business counterparts, understanding requirements and leading discovery sessionsAnalyze business compensation plans and transform into FIC business rule architectureFIC Tool design and configuration of plans in test and production environmentsSetup payments, quotas, commissions, incentives, bonusesMaintain multiple user roles, Flexfieds, hierarchy, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.Build complex queries, data models, web services and BIP reportsUnderstand, identify, and evaluate various data sources, meet with data providers to negotiate and contract data transmissions for data from other business systems in order to integrate into the Incentive systems Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business, integration issues involving CRM and service operations.Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally.

Required Skills & Experience: Incentive Compensation· At least 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Management with 2 full cycle implementations· Hands on working experience in developing the most complex compensation plans, credit rules, payment plans· Must be able to lead the discovery & design workshops with customers for Incentive compensation.· Proven experience in providing optimized design for commissions, claw-backs, and payments.· Must have working experience in developing application for custom expressions, custom data sets & OOTB expressions.· Must have experience in pl/sql scripting.· Must be able to build OTBI reports, complex data model, and BI publisher reports.· Must be able to diagnose the issues and troubleshoot the logic.· Ability to build data integration between systems.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related field required.
