Role DescriptionAs a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a mobile application designed to make weight loss a social and competitive experience. Your primary focus will be the development of all front-end logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the backend. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements, but a basic understanding of back-end technologies is therefore necessary as well. Product DescriptionOur client mobile app is designed to make weight loss a social and competitive experience. Users can create and join weight loss challenges with friends, competing individually or in teams based on the percentage of body weight lost. The app provides features for tracking progress, setting goals, and motivating participants through friendly competition. It emphasizes ease of use, real-time updates, and social connectivity to encourage users in their weight loss journey. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using FlutterCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresWork with outside data sources and APIsImplement state management using GetX or BloCEnsure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsIdentify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugsHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automationDeploy apps to Google Play and Apple StoreParticipate in Agile development processes, including Kanban ceremonies Basic Qualifications3+ years of professional experience in Flutter developmentProficiency in Dart and Flutter frameworksExperience with iOS and Android development using FlutterStrong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principlesFamiliarity with Git / GitHubGood written and verbal communication skillsProficient with GetX / BloC state managementExperience deploying apps to Google Play and Apple StoreAbility to estimate work and provide justifications for estimatesAbility to work and implement visuals using low-fidelity concepts (wireframes) Preferred QualificationsExperience with DevOps practicesExperience with CodeMagic CI/CD / GitHub ActionsFamiliarity with Flutter testing frameworksTolerance to working with and improving legacy codeExperience working in an Agile setting with Kanban, contributing to all core ceremonies How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and portfolio for this role through LinkedIn.
