Role DescriptionThis is a remote contract role for a Lead React & React Native Developer. You will be responsible for helping our developers understand and work through issues using your previous experience working on apps at all levels. In addition to providing guidance and troubleshooting support, you will also be expected to contribute to multiple projects, actively helping to troubleshoot any arising issues and devising effective solutions. Additionally, this role includes interfacing with key stakeholders, including the CEO, CTO, Project Managers, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure cohesive communication and project alignment. Our stack is primarily React/React Native and Firebase.

QualificationsComprehensive Front-End Expertise: Proficiency in JavaScript, including extensive experience with React and React Native, Redux.js, and other front-end development tools and frameworks. Strong understanding of state management concepts.Back-End Proficiency: Familiarity with server infrastructure and back-end web development principles.Software Development Skills: Proven experience in developing cross-platform applications using React Native.Problem-Solving Excellence: Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely in a structured manner.Agile Development: Experienced with Agile development methodologies, capable of adapting to flexible project requirements.
