ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities Development tasks of the solution based on integration of Service Now;Understand configuration management principles;Perform the necessary tasks to design and develop configurations and customizations on ServiceNow platform;Create/update SLA definition, schedules and respective workflows;Create Application/module and manage visibility of those;Advance level of debugging to resolve issue related to scripts;Custom application development and enhancement.

Requirements

2-3 year hands on experience in Development in ITSM tools including ServiceNow;Expertise in application development, Software development life cycle (SDLC)/SCRUM, Agile and an in depth understanding of Cloud stack, specifically;Client-side programming / front end development will be added advantage;Java Script, HTML, CSS, Workflow and UI development;Certifications in ServiceNow Application developer and ITIL Foundation.
