Baer is looking for SAP ABAP Developer for a 9-month Federal Remote Project.

Title: SAP ABAP Developer

Location: Remote (Must be based in US)

Duration: 9 month

Rate: All-inclusive

Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)

Responsibilities:

Implement and integrate ABAP functions within the SAP S/4HANA environment.Optimize ABAP code to ensure efficiency and performance.Utilize Client S/4Profiler and SAP ABAP Test Cockpit for thorough analysis and code remediation.Conduct S/4HANA Conversion and handle SPDD/SPAU tasks.Perform defect correction and provide ongoing development support for the project.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure compliance with best practices and standards in SAP ABAP development.Maintain and update technical documentation related to ABAP developments.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of SAP ABAP Development for HANA experience.At least 7 years of experience in SAP ABAP Object-Oriented Development.3+ years of experience with SAP Core Data Services (CDS).A minimum of 3 years of experience in Application Remediation.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAPUI5.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.SAP Certification in ABAP for HANA or related modules.
