We are looking for an Associate Solution Developer with a strong engineering affinity who will support the team in growing our solution portfolio. As a Solution Developer, you will be using our in-house developed platform to design new and improve existing innovative solutions in the GRC domain, while enhancing their functionality and effectiveness. You will be a part of a global team that is responsible for the development of solutions. The team is composed of product owners, user experience designers, and solution developers.

What you will do: - Use your knowledge and experience together with the team to develop new state-of-the-art solutions;- Participate in the refinement and planning of the work done by your scrum team;- Demonstrate solutions to customers and senior leadership;- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product development processes;- You get time to develop yourself by researching new concepts and ideas and expand your knowledge of programming languages.

What we are looking for?- Understanding of software development;- Experience with databases (SQL and Oracle) and SQL query language;- Experience with Javascript, HTML, XML, and the ability to read and understand Java programming language;- Analytical thinking, autonomy, orientation to results;- Flexibility, positive attitude, and team player mindset;- Fluent in English.

Depending on experience and skill set, salary ranges starts from €18 000 gross per annum.
