As a key member of our remote team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining backend systems that power our financial technology solutions.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in backend development, with a focus on fintech applications.

Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain high-performance GRPC services for financial applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Utilize your expertise in fintech and stock exchange domains to architect robust and efficient systems.Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on features, and drive project success.Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high code quality standards.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying them to enhance existing systems and processes.Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, articulating complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.Demonstrate leadership qualities by taking ownership of projects, making strategic decisions, and driving initiatives forward.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, with a focus on backend development using Golang and GRPC.Strong understanding of fintech and stock exchange concepts, including trading algorithms, market data processing, and financial regulations.Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend development and integration with backend services.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to mentor team members and lead projects to successful completion.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.Experience working in a remote environment, with a proactive and self-motivated work ethic.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.Strong commitment to learning and professional development, staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Technical Skills:Proficient in gRPC and microservices architecture.Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Go.Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Fintech Knowledge:Understanding of financial concepts, payment processing, and transaction systems.Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in the fintech industry.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote team members.Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
