Key Responsibilities and skills

Able to coordinate and prioritize technical tasks and deliver within agreed timelinesAbility to provide technical system solutions, determine overall design direction and provide hardware recommendations for complex technical issuesExperience planning and developing support processes and adhering to best practicesExperience designing, integrating and managing complex software solutionsExperience with web technologies and enterprise architecturesGood understanding of Open source (Java / J2EE applications) as well as Oracle and their deployment and integration across an enterpriseKnowledge of client-server networking and database management concepts. Up to date knowledge of technology including Service Oriented Architecture, Event driven architectures and web application development conceptsWeb server and application server administration and web applications deployment experienceExperience on middle-ware / application Server and other relevant technologies including Oracle / Microsoft / WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, JRun, TomcatAbility to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologiesUnderstanding of system security, including encryption standards, SEIM and network segregationAble to create delivery plan for enhancements and track with team to closureExcellent verbal and written communication skill, ability to speak with customer, understand the tasks, share actions and handle escalationsA team player with a to do attitude for delivering the assigned work.
