Frontend Developer

Duration: 3-Month Internship (with potential for full-time employment upon successful completion)

Position Overview:VODO ERP is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Frontend Developer Intern to join our development team. This internship is designed for Information Technology graduates who have experience with Tailwind, Next.js, React.js, and Redux Toolkit. Interns will work on real-world projects, gain hands-on experience, and receive incentives based on achieving set goals during the training period. Successful interns will be offered full-time employment at the end of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Frontend Development: Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and implement user interfaces for VODO ERP applications using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.

2. Component Design: Create reusable, efficient, and scalable components using React.js and the Redux Toolkit for state management.

3. Responsive Design: Ensure that applications are responsive, mobile-friendly, and provide an optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes.

4. Performance Optimization: Identify and implement performance improvements to enhance the speed and efficiency of the front-end applications.

5. Code Review and Debugging: Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and debug frontend issues to ensure high-quality code.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.- Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Redux Toolkit.- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Prior experience with front-end development projects, either through coursework or previous internships.
