Role Overview Description

We are looking for a talented AI Chatbot Developer who is proficient in the design, development, and deployment of intelligent chatbots.The role involves working with complex data from various sources including databases, PDFs, Excel sheets, and Word documents, and implementing chatbots that analyze this data to respond to user queries.The developer will ensure that these systems are robust and scalable, and can be integrated seamlessly into our business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI chatbots that fetch and analyze data from diverse sources such as databases, PDFs, Excel, and Word documents.Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to accurately interpret user inquiries and deliver relevant answers.Integrate chatbots with existing database and data management systems for efficient data fetching and analysis.Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of chatbot solutions across various platforms.Develop user-friendly chatbot interfaces and ensure seamless integration with existing business applications.Perform regular maintenance and updates to enhance functionality and performance of chatbots.Monitor chatbot performance post-deployment to identify and resolve any issues.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deployment technologies.

Requirements

Strong experience in AI chatbot development and deployment, with a focus on NLP.Hands on experience with TypescriptProficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.Solid understanding of database management, data extraction, and analysis tools.Demonstrated ability to deploy and scale applications in a production environment.Knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle, including testing and deployment.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Good to have fintech Industry experience.
