Job Description: Mid-Senior Level Frontend Engineer/UI Developer Location: India

Skills:A seasoned front-end developer with 4+ years of experience building beautiful, functional, and responsive applications.A strategic thinker and can-do attitude in solving problems.Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Angular, Material, Bootstrap, and React.Advanced knowledge of JavaScript patterns and practices, including custom ARIA roles, accessible state management, and using assistive technology APIs.Willingness to build domain knowledge around Accessibility guidelines (WCAG), best practices, and other applicable tools (i.e., WAVE, built-in Screen reader). An accessibility champion with a deep understanding of WCAG guidelines and best practices. - Nice to haveAdvocate for accessibility across all stages of the development process. - Nice to haveUnderstanding how to build and execute Design System global components with great attention to detail that promotes consistent UI and accessibility across the platform experience.A strong communicator and collaborator who can mentor and guide other developers on accessibility principles.Experience with animation implementation/libraries for features such as drag-and-drop functionality. - Nice to have

Responsibilities:Work closely with development, product, and UX to build out user-centered solutions that are modern and easy to use. Review code for accessibility compliance and propose solutions.Collaborate with the design and product team to ensure accessibility is considered from the beginning.Stay up-to-date on the latest development/accessibility trends and best practices.Conduct web accessibility audits and identify areas for improvement.Work with diverse stakeholders to champion inclusive front-end development.

Preferred qualifications:Experience in a broad range of software design approaches and common UI patterns.Plus: Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma. Plus: Knowledge in GenAI and chatbot development.
