Job Description: As a Mid-Level Dynamics/Power Apps Developer/Admin, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and Power Apps platforms. You will work closely with other IT professionals and business units to enhance business processes and improve user experiences through effective solution design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:Develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications and Power Platform solutions.Create and manage Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven apps.Utilize Power Automate to design and implement workflows and business processes.Assist in the administration of Dynamics 365 environments, including system upgrades, patches, and security management.Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Provide ongoing support and training to end users, ensuring optimal system performance and usability.Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.Participate in project planning and review meetings, providing insights and recommendations on best practices and technical solutions.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in developing and administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Apps.Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Knowledge of API integration, and data migration best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
