Lead Web Developer

As a Digital Experimentation Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing digital experiments aimed at optimizing user experience, conversion rates, and overall performance metrics across our digital platforms. As we broaden our tooling capabilities, and focus on decentralizing experimentation across the business, you will be a critical member of accomplishing this vision, by supporting current work across our subdomains and salesforce.com testing program.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. 2. Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and .JS. 3. Experience with server-side and client-side digital experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target, Google Optimize, VWO, LaunchDarkly, ABTasty, Intellimize) and familiarity with statistical analysis techniques. 4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. 5. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful digital experiences.
