Job Description:OpenTrain AI is seeking experienced Swift Developers to help train AI systems in understanding and generating Swift programming. This freelance role involves creating high-quality Swift code based on specific tasks, reviewing AI-generated code, and making necessary improvements to enhance the AI's learning accuracy and performance.

Responsibilities:Develop high-quality Swift code in response to specific tasks aimed at training AI systems.Evaluate and refine Swift code generated by AI to ensure it meets quality standards and best practices.Collaborate with AI researchers and other developers to improve AI training methodologies and outcomes.Address and resolve issues in AI-generated code to boost the AI's operational reliability.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Minimum of 2 years of practical software development experience, with strong proficiency in Swift. Knowledge of Python, Java, or C is a plus.Excellent command of the English language.Previous experience in training AI models or as an LLM Trainer is highly preferred.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Compensation:Competitive hourly rate ranging from ₹450 to ₹1,100, based on experience and qualifications.Flexible hours with a commitment of 20 to 40 hours per week, depending on project needs.
