Apply established development tools, guidelines, and conventions pertaining to the specified skill set.Design, code, and rigorously test new web software applications to meet project requirements and quality standards.Identify and rectify software defects in existing software systems, while also enhancing functionalities to ensure optimal performance.Analyze business objectives to strategically enhance existing systems, contributing to overall system efficiency and effectiveness.Formulate comprehensive technical specifications and test plans to guide the development and testing processes.Prepare action plans, identifying areas for modification and improvement in line with project goals and evolving requirements.Cultivate proficiency in emerging technologies to remain at the forefront of industry advancements.Actively participate in a dynamic, experienced team, working within an agile development framework to meet rapid project schedules.

This Role Requires:

Min. 4 years of hands-on experienceTechnical Skills - C#, ASP.Net, VB .Net, XML, Java Script, Web Services, WCF, Bootstrap, JQuery, SQL Server.Qualification B.E./ MCA/ M.SC.(IT)/ BCA/ BSC(IT)/ BSC/ OthersStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Smart and possesses excellent communication skills.

Additional Notes:

The client strongly prefers candidates to work from the office; however, they are open to remote work for individuals located outside Mumbai.For candidates residing in Thane or nearby locations, the work arrangement may include a hybrid or full on-site model. Conversely, for candidates located outside the region, a work-from-home arrangement is applicable.The interview process comprises a single technical round.The final offered CTC will be determined based exclusively on a candidate's technical skills, performance in the interview, and relevant experience.
