Job Summary

The Automation Developer is responsible for development and support of Infrastructure Management automation processes and applications. Helping operations to provide consistent, immediate initial troubleshooting and remediation actions per predefined processes for infrastructure event notifications.

Develops and maintains Ansible Playbooks, Bonitasoft Processes and Applications used by operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Designs, develops, tests and implements Infrastructure Management automation processes and applications in Ansible and Bonitasoft. Develops and manages Ansible Playbooks, Bonitasoft Processes and ApplicationsProvides support and implements bug-fixes and enhancements for Infrastructure Management automation processes and applications.Works with Infrastructure Management Operational teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the processes followed, commands executed, identifies automation requirements, objectives and provides solutions.Works closely with the Ansible, Bonitasoft and Moogsoft applications teams to manage implementations and achieve the best automation solutions possible.

Technical Skills

Experience with scripting languages Powershell, BASH, PERL and PhytonExperience with Groovy and JavaExperience with automation platforms (Ansible and Bonitasoft preferred)Familiar with remote server, network and Cloud (AWS, Azure) infrastructure management support
