Company Name: The Fast Way Job Location: Mumbai,IndiaJob Purpose:As a Bitcoin Blockchain Developer at The Fast Way, you will play acrucial role in developing and maintaining our Bitcoin-based applications. You will be responsible for creating secure and efficient scripts, developing backend services to interact with the Bitcoin network, and supporting frontend developers to ensureseamless integration and a robust user experience. Experience with Bitcoin ordinals is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Bitcoin Script Development: Develop, test, and deploy Bitcoin scripts and transactions using relevant languages and tools.Ordinals Integration: Develop and manage features that involve Bitcoin ordinals, ensuring efficient and secure implementation.Backend Development: Create and maintain backend services using Nest.js tointeract with the Bitcoin network, ensuring smooth integration with frontend services.Integration with Bitcoin Network: Utilize libraries like Bitcoin Core,bitcoinjs-lib, or similar to connect and interact with the Bitcoin network.Backend Wallet Management: Develop and manage secure Bitcoin wallets, ensuring efficient and safe storage and transactions in the backend code.Security and Optimization: Implement best practices for security and optimization in all Bitcoin transactions and scripts.Testing: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the reliability, security,and performance of Bitcoin-related applications.Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, providing support and guidance for integrating Bitcoin functionality into applications.Documentation: Maintain high-quality documentation for all Bitcoin development activities, ensuring clarity and comprehensibility.Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest developments in Bitcoin technology and propose new features and improvements.

Required Skills &Experience:

Bitcoin Script & Transactions: Proficient in developing and managing Bitcoin scripts and transactions with a focus on security and optimization.Ordinals Experience: Hands-on experience with Bitcoin ordinals and integrating them into applications.Programming Languages: Strong expertise in programming languages in Node.js for backend development.Library Usage:Proficient in using libraries like bitcoinjs-lib, Bitcore,or similar to interact with the Bitcoin network.Security Practices: Knowledge of best practices in blockchain security and experience in securing Bitcoin transactions and wallets.Testing: Strong testing skills,ensuring Bitcoin scripts and integrations are secure and performant.Documentation: Ability to produce clear documentation to explain the functionality and architecture of developed scripts and applications.Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

RequirementsEducational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.Advanced degrees or specializations inblockchain technology are a plus.Experience: Proven experience as a Bitcoin developer or in a similar role within the blockchain space,with specific experience in ordinals.Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
