DigiTech7 is an international IT company with headquarter in Sweden and development specialists in Belarus, Poland and Georgia.
We’re searching for a Strong Middle/Senior Front-end React developer, located in Georgia, Poland or Lithuania, to join our distributed team for working on half-part load (50%) from the start with a possibility to get a full-time assignment later.
You will work with one of our core clients - a Sweden-based company within the flooring solutions industry. They provide products and systems for installing, renovating and maintaining floors.The Client’s website is built on Optimizely (formerly EPiServer) DXP Commerce with a decoupled frontend hosted in the cloud using the CMS as a service. Decoupled in this case describes the architecture used with a headless CMS. This results in the frontend being decoupled from the backend system and offer a flexible and modular solution. The site is integrated with other third-party systems.
Things we seek:- 4+ years of Front-end development, building commercial React web applications. A deep understanding of ES6 and React.- Experience working in projects of a more complex nature such as an ecommerce project or with a product using advanced data flows.- Experience working with a CMS such as Optimizely (formerly EPiServer) or Sitecore.- Experience with at least one state management tool such as: Redux, MobX, Flux, React Context.- Team player with dedication to unit testing, code review and other quality-oriented practices.- Fluent English (at least Upper-Intermediate) for daily communication in the team.- Good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.- Self going.
Nice to have:- Typescript or Flow for static type checking.- Experience with NextJS.- Any other language such as NodeJS, C#.- Advantageous if you have experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery for the frontend stack.

About the workflow:Work in a mixed team with colleagues located in Sweden and Belarus.The team is currently being built and will include (all part-time load): 2 Front-end Developers, 1 Back-end Developer, 1 Front-end and 1 Back-end Tech Leads, 1 QA Engineer and 1 Project Manager.
We are working according to Scrum/Agile and have: - Running sprints based on stories in JIRA.- Short daily stand-ups and writing communication via Slack. - Scrum-related activities, such as Detailing & Grooming meetings, Estimate sessions, Retrospectives. - Pull requests and code review.
