As a Blockchain Developer - Protocol, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, managing and designing crypto protocol ecosystems, developing engagement strategies, and ensuring their successful implementation. Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis and monitoring of crypto protocols, their communities, governance, and ecosystems.Develop and execute strategies to engage with various crypto protocol ecosystems, fostering relationships and driving adoption.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, researchers, and management, to ensure the successful integration of protocols into our L1/L2 blockchain network.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the blockchain industry, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks.Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, whitepapers, and research reports to communicate our protocol strategies and findings effectively.Participate in the development and refinement of our protocol roadmap, aligning it with our overall business objectives.
Requirements:
Must have 1-2 years of experience designing and developing Layer 1 with GO and RustUpper - Intermediate English (B2).Proven track record of deep analysis and monitoring of crypto protocols, their economies, and community governance.Successful experience in developing and executing strategies for protocol ecosystem growth and engagement with DAOs, delegates, and investors.Profound understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchains, decentralized applications, and crypto economics.Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.Background and experience working in a relevant technical environment (blockchain, software development, etc.).Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, cryptography, or a related field is preferred.
