What We’re Looking For:We're looking for an AR/VR Developer to create AR effects for Instagram, TikTok, and 8th Wall. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of development experience, including JavaScript, and familiarity with AR effect creation tools such as Spark AR, Effect House, or Lens Studio. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and client-focused attention to detail are crucial.

Responsibilities:Create interactive AR effects based on client requirements. Effects may include marker tracking, plane tracking, body tracking, sounds, and interactive elementsOptimize 2D and 3D assets for publication in an AR effectCreate production-ready logic for triggering the effect, showing instructions, tapping buttons, and restarting the effectAssist with other web development or design needsJoin Zoom calls, respond to emails, complete sprints, and provide demos for clients

Requirements:3+ years of development experience, including Javascript, is essential.Familiarity with AR effect creation tools such as Spark AR, Effect House, or Lens Studio, and their graphical and Javascript interfacesExperience with 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4DExperience with 8th Wall is a plusExperience with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator or FigmaExperience with gitDemonstrated ability to balance workload of multiple projectssimultaneouslyThrive in a fast-paced, agency environmentClient focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for resultsFully fluent in EnglishAbility to commit long-term and full-timeAbility to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
