Job Description:As a Senior React & React Native Developer at Tekbees, you will play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality, performance-driven mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver exceptional solutions that meet our clients' needs. Your expertise in both React and React Native development will be instrumental in shaping the future of our mobile applications.

Responsibilities:Design and develop advanced, scalable mobile applications using React Native.Utilize React for web development projects, ensuring consistency across platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when necessary.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile and web development.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as a React & React Native Developer, with a minimum of 3 years in mobile app development.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and React Native.Experience with Redux or similar state management libraries.Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, etc.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
