Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior PHP Developer at Moris Media. As a Senior PHP Developer, your day-to-day tasks will include back-end web development, object-oriented programming (OOP), front-end development, software development, and programming. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to clients' specifications. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end elements.

Qualifications

Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and Programming skillsStrong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)Front-End Development skillsProficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience with frameworks like Laravel or SymfonyKnowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)Understanding of responsive design principlesExperience with API integrationsAbility to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize codeExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), knowledge of SEO best practices, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and a portfolio of previous web development projects.
