Responsibilities

Architecture and Software Design:Play a key role in planning and architectural design of code solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and design scalable and maintainable software architectures.Development and Implementation:Develop and implement robust, scalable software solutions using Laravel, VueJS, PHP, HTML, and JavaScript.Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices during development.API Development:Design and develop APIs following best practices, ensuring security, efficiency, and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs into existing systems and applications.Code Review and Collaboration:Work closely with Managers and freelance developers to conduct code reviews, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices and business requirements/specifications.Provide constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality and efficiency.Version Control Capabilities:Utilize Bitbucket/GIT for source code management and version control.Maintain an organized code repository and ensure proper branching and merging strategies are followed.Team Leadership:Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other stakeholders.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:Strong expertise in Laravel, PHP, VueJS, MySQL, HTML, and Javascript. Proficient with Bitbucket/Git for version control and collaborationKnowledge of API development best practices including RESTful services Experience with MySQL and stored proceduresStrong leadership abilities and experience leading successful software development teamsAdvanced level of English to communicate in a written and verbal manner
