Notes:1) We are most heavily focused right now on AWS: lambda, docker, ec2, redshift, AWS Cloud CDK, & Python interfaces with vendor SDKs & rest APIs. Also communication & business acumen is really important. Not candidates with primary skills in other tools2) A candidate needs to demonstrate that they understand what & why they are writing code / automation (what value are they creating for the business).3) HM doesn't want to see that a candidate is only staying in a role for 6mo or less – a great number of the resumes from the first round were either 5+ pages of job hopping experience. Needs someone with strong tenure and looking for someone that is going to stick around.
