About the RoleAs a Ruby Backend Engineer at Hasomed Tech, you will join a team committed to solving significant challenges within Germany’s mental healthcare system. Your key responsibilities will include:Building and maintaining robust backend services with Ruby on Rails.Collaborating across functions to innovate and enhance our software solutions.Ensuring code quality and system reliability through comprehensive testing and optimization.Contributing to the evolution of our architecture to ensure regulatory and legal compliance, scalability, and maintainability.

What We ExpectProfound expertise in Ruby on Rails and familiarity with its ecosystem.Experience in designing and implementing secure, scalable backend services.Solid experience in building APIs (preferably GraphQL), ensuring they are efficient, maintainable, and effectively serve the front-end requirements.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a distributed team.Good communication skills, as our work culture heavily emphasizes thoughtful, concise communication.
